You will be sent an invoice and contract from Gwynn Castleton. This invoice will include your project and an estimate. This is subject to change due to the nature of design revisions and feedback sessions. The contract will have responsibilities listed for both parties and must be signed before work can begin.
Open and honest communication between myself and the client is crucial throughout the entire design process. If a project goes beyond the initial quote, you will be notified and I will recommend options for how to proceed. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product before completion, we can refine and reset expectations, or else I’d be happy to send a final invoice for the time spent. I do my best to estimate and invoice accurately, but please note that I do not guarantee a completion date or hours for any project. Most design projects can be completed in 2-4 weeks. This usually depends on the speed of the client’s feedback and the number of revisions required.
Have a deadline? Please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. If a project needs to be expidited be aware there may be a fee.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we begin on a project. I do not issue refunds. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all payments are retained by Gwynn Castleton and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
Original files will not be emailed until the full balance has been paid
